Peace 101 |
The history of peace goes to the beginning of time. Peace has won out at critical stages. But those who would have it diminished in effect would rather show that violence has always been more successful.
But violence cannot succeed without peace since all violence is justified as an effort toward peace. Violence in an of itself is cyclic and of no logical use to anyone. Killing without stop, will result in decimation and extinction. So the violence itself rests on the concept of peace that it opposes. peace however can thrive without violence.
There are many ways that peace services and even overcomes violence. To gain a perspective of the history of peace study the following incidents in relation to their essentiality to modern life.
